Ⅱ.Operation:

1、Make Up : CC-810: 100 mL/L(80～120 mL/L)

2. Procedure :
Temp: 45 ℃ (40～50 ℃)
Time: 5min (4～6 min)
Tanks material: PVC or PP
Heater: quartz.titanium .stainless steel 316
Filtration: 5~10μm PP filter core, 3~4 turn-over/hr.
Churning: Circulation pump
Vibration: Air cylinder
Rinse: twice City water
Other: leave out

3. Solution Maintenance :

• regular addition: 20mL/m2
• analysis and adjust: according to “CC-810 Analysis specifications”
• Update: 2 M.T.O.or copper ions content above 350ppm
